So you have just unwrapped your PSP go, and there was nothing in or on the box about those ten free games? Yeah welcome to my world. They were quite happy to sell me a psp go for a reduced special price of $200(aus) claiming that you get your ten games for free, and then they dont tell you how to get them. Pfft.
Anyway rant over, this is how you get the games. Sign up for your PSN account here or direct link here. Or if you like the keypad on the PSP, you can spend 10 minutes entering your details on the PSP its self.
I think this may have been where i went wrong with getting the code. Anyway, once you have signed up and logged into the PSN on your psp go, go into the featured downloads, or latest downloads (cant remember exactly where). You can always search for PSP Go theme as well.
Heres what happened to me. I logged in to the PSN with my account i created on my PC. Probably my first mistake. Downloaded the theme, no code.
Then i read a bunch of forums, that said people had to wait 30 days for the code etc. I was like, well that sux i dont want to wait that long for the code, but i waited a day and still no code was emailed to me.
Next night i thought i would try fully signing out of the account on the PSP as i had clicked remember my login. So i signed out and back in again, and this time it prompted me to agree to the terms and conditions. Click on I Agree, and logged back into the PSN. Then i went and downloaded the go theme again. Within a few minutes, probably about 20mins or so, i was emailed the secret code. /yay. Now this could have been a co-incidence however, i think it may have had something to do with agreeing to the terms and conditions, which i cant remember coming up the first time i logged in. So try it out and it may work for you.
Also on another note, OMG it takes about 1.5 hours to download and install each game. So be prepared to sit it there for about a total of 12 – 13 hours to complete the downloads on all of these games! Hey i spose there free, so cant complain too much, but please add support for WPA2 at least
Here are some forum links that i found with quite a lot of people that had to call support, etc to get there codes. I really think, just keep logging out of the PSN on your PSP Go and log back in and agree to the terms and download that theme again and you will get your code sooner. It worked for me anyway.
