Maurice Bolton (03.03.1909 - 22.03.1996) devoted nearly 40 years of his life to community services on behalf of Blacktown Hospital Marayong Progress Association and Marayong Hospital. Mr Bolton was awarded an Order of Australia in 1980 for his community work. The reserve is opposite Blacktown Hospital.
