php function that can be used to validate an email address string

$email = "mytest@email.com"; // this should be valid as it contains an @ and a . and an extention.
$email_non_valid = "xxx";

// use this if you have a form with post back and an email element

  // validate an email address returns true or false 
  function validate_email($email) {

The @scroll-timeline CSS at-rule defines an AnimationTimeline whose time values are determined by scrolling progress within a scroll container and not by minutes or seconds. Once specified, a scroll timeline is associated with a CSS Animation by using the animation-timeline property.
