Drop Down Nav Opacity

Drop Down Nav on Using Opacity rather than display none.

I noticed this dropdown nav and wondered how it worked.

They just change the opacity of the sub navs on mouse over and have them there all the time, seems kinda cool. Also a few other items are changed.

Opacity to 1, transform: rotate to 0 deg and pointer events all. Which means its initial state is Opacity 0, hidden, rotate (not sure), pointer-events:none. So you cant see it and you cant click on it, not sure why this is better than display none, maybe this is to keep the layout formatting the same or is it just being clever, or another way to do things.

scroll-margin-left

The scroll-margin-left property defines the left margin of the scroll snap area that is used for snapping this box to the snapport. The scroll snap area is determined by taking the transformed border box, finding its rectangular bounding box (axis-aligned in the scroll container's coordinate space), then adding the specified outsets.
