windows 10 snipping experience

i was thinking just this morning, wouldnt it be nice to have a simple way to capture part of the screen and write notes on it, so i googled a similar phraise.

Apparently its already built into windows 10.

How do i access this new(?) tool?

All you have to do is press [windows key] + [shift] + [s] and windows will popup with its new snipping tool1

Then you select the part of the screen you want to capture and it will open in the snipping tool where you can just annotate on it, or whatever.

I will file this under handy windows features that i didnt know existed.

Notes

  1. im going to call it new, as i only just discovered it
